In summary, we may offer replacements or refunds when plants arrive significantly damaged or in poor condition attributable to our handling or shipping, subject to verification and our discretion. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation (e.g., photographs). Plants that decline after delivery due to care practices, environmental factors, or other causes beyond our control are not eligible for return or refund.
